Because condoms are personal hygiene products, we cannot accept a return on any item if its original box or seal has been opened. This is our 100% guarantee to you. It’s how you know that the product you receive from us is always brand new, 100% sterile, and has never been touched by anyone else.
Even if a customer returns a wrong, unopened item to us, that item is immediately disposed of. We will never, ever ship you a product that has left our warehouse and come back. Your safety and peace of mind are our #1 priority.
7-Day Make Return and Refund Guarantee
We personally check every order, but if we ever get something wrong, our commitment is to fix it, fast. If you receive your package and you are not 100% satisfied for a valid reason, you have 7 full days to let us know.
Valid reasons include:
- You received the Wrong Item Like (you ordered Sathi, but got Durex)
- The product’s own box is Damaged or Broken
If you have any of these issues, we will make it right.
How to Return and Get Refund
Getting a problem fixed is simple. You don’t need to fill out any complicated forms.
- Take a clear photo of the problem (e.g., the wrong item next to your order slip).
- Send that photo to us within 7 days, either by:
